Meet gorgeous black and tan smooth double dapple 'Annie,' who hails from Lake Oswego, Oregon, just outside of Portland. She's a modern-day heroine! The police got a call about a barking dog at 1 AM Tuesday, and when they investigated, they found Annie's human, Pamela Fischer, who has some physical disabilities, had fallen and hit her head in a nearby yard, and couldn't get up.
